Classic Climbs 11th – 18th June

The 2011 season start with the “Classic Climbs of the Alps” week running from Saturday 11th July – Saturday 18th July. It was a amazing week of training with a great group consisting of, Angus Barber, Kieran Montgomery & Marcus Montgomery. Angus was testing his legs for the La Marmotte in July  whilst Kieran was in full training for Ironman Uk.

But for us it was Marcus that stole the show, he only started riding a month perviously to support his brother (Kieran) and he not only managed every climb but he descended like a pro.

During the week we did the following climbs:

Montagny, Pralognan-la-Vanoise, Champagny-en-Vanoise, Cormet de Roselend, Col du Petit Sain-Bernard, Col du Telegraphe, Col du Galibier, Alpe d’Huez, Col de la Madeleine
