Steve & Anna

Classic Cycling Tours is a small independent company owned and run by Steve & Anna, a husband and wife team that provide catered accommodation and fully supported cycling holidays & training camps in the northern French Alps.

Steve spent a lot of time working within the health & fitness industry has a Professional Fitness Trainer before moving to France. He gained many qualifications over the years that enabled him to coach, motivate and assess, individuals and groups in order to help improve their fitness levels and achieve their goals.

On a personal level he has put his knowledge of fitness to good use to improve his own standard of fitness within the sport of triathlon. His hard work and dedication were rewarded, being selected to represent Team GB at the World Triathlon Championships.

He is now using the same planning and attention to detail that helped him in is triathlon days, to make him a better cyclist and more importantly, a better guide.

Anna also has a great passion for sports, as she was a keen netball player, playing for Essex Metropolitan County for all her school years. She went on to

study at college and gained a merit pass BTEC National Diploma in Leisure and Tourism.

She is also a keen horse rider. Having owned her own horse, she competed in Dressage, Cross Country and Show Jumping for 10years. Unfortunately, her horse had to be retired due to old age.

In 2004, she attended the London School of Massage for 1 year, where she successful qualified with a BTEC Diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage.

Since moving to France Anna has found her love for food! She has been on courses and has been requested to cater for wedding, canapé parties and evening dinner parties.

Anna does like to get out on her bike too and finds the mountains a great challenge! She has successfully climbed the Petit St Bernard and thoroughly enjoyed the decent!!!!
